Use Transfer to move funds between accounts in the same organization.
Before you start: you need permission to manage money on the source account and access to the destination offered in the flow
Same currency: a transfer keeps the same currency or asset
Need to exchange first? Use Exchange Currencies with Swap
Sending outside the organization? Use Withdraw Money with Send
Make the Transfer
Open the account the funds will come from.
Select Transfer.
Choose the destination account.
Choose the currency or asset and enter the amount.
Check the source, destination, and amount.
Confirm.
Check the Result
Review the operation in Transactions. Its details identify the source and destination accounts.

Troubleshooting
Issue | What to do |
You can’t find the destination account | Check that it belongs to the same organization, and ask an Owner or Admin to review your access. |
The transfer failed or balances didn’t update as expected | Check the result before submitting the same transfer again, then contact us with the Transaction ID. |
