Organization Status and Access

What Pending, Active, Rejected, Blocked, and Closed mean for your organization, and what to do next.

Your organization’s status determines whether its working sections are available.

  3. Wait for your Kolo account manager’s approval.

Haven’t spoken with our team? Use the support widget in the product or Help Center, or email [email protected]. See Get Access to Kolo.

Active

The organization has been approved. You can use the features available to your role and account permissions.

If an item is missing, use I Can’t See an Account or Card.

Rejected

This organization’s application wasn’t approved. Contact us if you need clarification or want to discuss your business needs.

Don’t submit repeated registrations without guidance from our team.

If you have a question about an earlier transaction or expected return, contact us with the organization name and Transaction ID.
