Open Notifications from the sidebar to review updates from Kolo. Notifications can relate to your organization, an account, a card, a transaction, or service availability.
Feed: filter by All or Unread
Account alerts: Transaction notifications and Low balance alert, set per account
Emails: sent to your sign-in email
Read Notifications
Open Notifications from the sidebar.
Use All or Unread to filter the feed.
Open a notification to view the related item, or use Mark all as read to clear the unread state.
The items you receive and can open depend on your role and access.
Set Account Alerts
Open the relevant account.
Open Settings.
Find Transaction notifications and Low balance alert.
Enable or disable the alerts you need.
If enabling the low-balance alert, set its threshold.
Save if prompted.
Good to know: these are your preferences for that account — another member can have different preferences. Repeat the setup for other accounts you use.
Email Notifications
Keep your sign-in email and language preference up to date in Update Your Profile and Sign-In Email.
If you’re not receiving an expected email, check that address and its spam folder.
Important Events
Card confirmation: may require action before its code expires. See Confirm a Payment with 3D Secure.
Completed export: open the download notification described in Export Transactions as CSV.
Service announcements: may also appear as banners. Check Kolo service status for reported incidents and maintenance.
