Check the full cost of moving money before you confirm an operation. Charges can come from Kolo, the blockchain network, or the wallet or exchange you use.

Deposits
Your sending wallet or exchange may charge a withdrawal or network fee. Check how much will reach the Kolo deposit address.
Use the deposit screen and your agreed Kolo terms for any charges or minimums that apply to receiving the funds.
Recovering a deposit sent to the wrong address or network has its own fees. See the Wrong address, asset, or network? section in My Deposit Hasn’t Arrived.
Transfers Between Your Accounts
An internal transfer stays within your organization. It’s different from a withdrawal to an external address.
Check the transfer summary and your agreed terms for any applicable charge.
Swaps
Review the exchange rate, the amount you send, the amount you receive, and any conversion fee before confirming.
Withdrawals
The withdrawal flow shows the amount sent, the recipient amount, and applicable fees. A conversion may also be needed if the funding asset differs from the asset sent.
The recipient’s service may apply its own charges.
Review a Completed Operation
Open the transaction to inspect the recorded amounts and fee breakdown.
