Deposit Crypto Into an Account

Fund a Kolo account by sending a supported crypto asset to its deposit address, plus typical confirmation times.

Fund your account by sending a supported crypto asset to the deposit address shown in Kolo.

  • Who can view and manage account funding: Owner, Admin, or a User with Manage money on the account

  • Supported funding method: crypto deposits only

  • Assets and networks: use the list shown in the deposit flow

  • When it’s credited: after the required network confirmations and any additional checks

Get the Deposit Details

  1. Open Accounts and choose the account.

  2. Select Deposit.

  3. Choose the asset you want to send.

  4. Choose a network offered for that asset.

  5. Copy the deposit address or scan the QR code.

  6. Check the minimum deposit and required confirmations shown on the screen.

The available assets and networks are listed in the deposit flow. Use that list for your transfer.

Send the Funds

  1. In the wallet or exchange you’re sending from, choose the same asset and network.

  2. Check the address and amount before confirming the transfer.

  3. Keep the transaction hash so you can track it.

Send only on the network shown for the address. If a deposit was sent to the wrong address or network, see the Wrong address, asset, or network? section in My Deposit Hasn’t Arrived.

Crypto deposits are the supported funding method. A card number or bank-account detail isn’t a substitute for the deposit address.

After Sending

The deposit is credited after the required network confirmations and any additional checks. Check your account and notifications for the result.
