Know Your Business (KYB) verifies information about your legal entity. Your Kolo contact will tell you whether your business setup requires it.

Where: in the Kolo app, inside the organization you created
What you need: the business information and documents requested in the verification flow
After KYB: your Kolo account manager still needs to approve the organization

Start Verification

Open the Kolo app and sign in to the organization you created. If you haven’t created it yet, follow Register Your Organization.
Select Complete KYB for your legal entity.
Follow the instructions in the verification flow.
Provide the business information and documents requested there.
Check the details and submit them for review.

The information requested can depend on your legal entity and business setup — use the requirements shown in the flow.

After Submission

If more information is needed, follow the request from the verification flow or your Kolo contact.

Completing KYB is one part of onboarding. Your Kolo account manager also needs to approve the organization before product access is enabled.

You’re not sure whether KYB applies	Ask your Kolo contact — they’ll confirm the correct next step.
You want to restart the process	Don’t create another organization. Contact us and we’ll help you continue in the existing one.
