Ads Cards support the advertising platforms and billing intermediaries listed below.
Platforms: Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, and Unity
Billing intermediaries: TossPayments and PIPO
Merchant check: a payment passes if its MCC or its billing name matches

Supported Merchant Category Codes
The supported MCCs are: 4899, 5045, 5734, 5816, 5818, 5969, 5999, 7399, 7999.
An MCC describes the merchant’s business category. It’s assigned by the merchant’s payment provider.
How the Merchant Check Works
A payment passes the merchant check if either of these conditions is met — it doesn’t need to meet both:
Its MCC is in the list above.
Its billing name matches a supported advertising platform or billing intermediary.
Example: Facebook can bill under MCC 7311. That code isn’t in the supported MCC list, but the payment can pass the merchant check through its billing name.
If neither the MCC nor the billing name matches, the payment is declined. There’s no separate blocklist of individual merchants for this Ads Cards product.
Passing the merchant check doesn’t guarantee payment approval. The card must also be active and stay within its spending limits, and its funding account must have sufficient available funds. The merchant may apply its own acceptance checks.
