Save Your Recovery Codes
Kolo provides 10 one-time recovery codes when you enable two-factor authentication. Each code can be used once.
Keep them somewhere secure that you can access if your phone is lost.
Never share recovery codes or authenticator codes with another person, including our support team.
Lost Access to the Authenticator?
Use an unused recovery code when Kolo asks for the second factor.
After signing in, review your two-factor settings.
Follow the flow to set up your authenticator again.
