1. Choose the Account That Will Fund the Card
Sign in to the Kolo app and open your approved organization.
Open Accounts and check which accounts are available to you. Use an existing account or follow Create or Rename an Account to create a separate budget.
2. Add Funds
Follow Deposit Crypto Into an Account to fund the account. Check that the deposit is available before issuing a card.
To review how currency selection works, see Set Spending Priority.
3. Prepare the Cardholder
Make sure the person whose name the card will use has a complete cardholder profile. Follow Complete or Update a Cardholder Profile.
If you’re setting up a team, use Invite Team Members and Manage Invitations or Add an Employee Without Dashboard Access.
Inviting a colleague is optional if you’re the only person using the organization.
4. Check the Available BIN
An Owner or Admin needs to enable a BIN before cards can be issued. See Enable a BIN for Card Issuance.
Before choosing your card, review About Ads Cards, Ads Cards Fees, and Ads Cards Limits.
5. Issue the Card
Follow Issue One or More Cards. The same guide covers issuing one card or several cards for the same cardholder.
6. Use the Card
For the card number, expiry date, CVV, and billing information, open View Card Details and Billing Information.
Before adding the card to a service, check Supported Merchants for Ads Cards.
If a payment asks for a confirmation code, use Confirm a Payment with 3D Secure.
