Use Send to withdraw funds to an external destination. To move money between your organization’s accounts, follow Transfer Money Between Accounts.
Who can do this: Owner, Admin, or a User with Manage money on the account
Destinations: the ones available to your organization are shown in Send
Before confirming: review You send, Recipient gets, and the fees shown
Reversibility: external transfers may be irreversible
Send Funds to a Crypto Address
Open the source account and select Send.
Choose a saved destination or enter a new external address.
Choose the asset and an available network.
Enter the amount.
Review You send, Recipient gets, and the fees shown.
Check the address and network again.
Confirm and complete any verification requested.
The receiving wallet or exchange must support the asset on the selected network. External transfers may be irreversible — if you notice a mistake after confirming, contact us immediately.
Review the Withdrawal
Open the withdrawal in Transactions. Review its status, destination, and transaction hash when available.
If a conversion is part of the withdrawal, review the operation’s breakdown as well.
If the withdrawal is pending or fails, use My Withdrawal Is Pending or Failed. For charges, see Fees for Deposits, Transfers, Swaps, and Withdrawals.
