Your Organization
Your organization is your company’s space in Kolo. It contains your team, accounts, cards, and transaction history.
Your role controls what you can do across the organization. Access to individual accounts can give you additional permissions. See Roles and Permissions.
Your Accounts
An account holds funds. You can use separate accounts for different teams, clients, or budgets. Each account can hold supported currencies and assets.
Good to know: a card doesn’t have its own balance. It uses the funds in the account it’s linked to.
Your Cards
Each card has a cardholder — the person whose name it’s issued in. A card can also be assigned to people who need access to it in Kolo. Assigning a card doesn’t change its cardholder.

Your Transactions
Transactions record activity such as deposits, transfers, exchanges, card payments, and refunds. Your permissions determine which transactions you can see.
