Create Your Login
Open app.kolo.xyz.
Register with your email and a password, or continue with Google.
If asked, confirm your email using the verification message.
Enter or check your first and last name.
Read and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Use an email address you can access — this becomes your sign-in email.
Create Your Organization
Enter your company name.
Add a logo if you want one.
Review the details and submit the registration.
Your organization will wait for approval. Registration doesn’t immediately enable accounts, cards, or transactions.
Follow Your Next Step
Continue with the onboarding path agreed with your Kolo contact. See Get Access to Kolo for both approval paths.
If the app shows Complete KYB for your legal entity, follow Complete KYB for Your Legal Entity.
Once you’ve completed the steps that apply to your business, wait for your Kolo account manager to approve the organization.
Check Your Progress
Check your organization screen and notifications for updates. For the meaning of each status, see Organization Status and Access.
Once the organization is active, continue with Get Your First Card Ready.
