Your organization has a total spending limit. Card-count limits and a member’s issuance allowance control how many cards can be issued.

Organization Spending Limit
The standard total spending limit is USD 500,000 per month for the organization. It applies across the organization, not separately to each card.
A different limit can be agreed with Kolo after you provide information and documents about the source of your funds (SoF). To request a review, contact your Kolo account manager through your existing conversation, the support widget, or [email protected].
Creating more cards or accounts doesn’t increase the organization’s spending limit.
A Member’s Monthly Issuance Allowance
A User with Issue cards can have a monthly allowance on a specific account. This controls how many cards that member can issue during the month.
The person managing access to the account sets the allowance. They can also set the highest daily and monthly spending limits that the member may assign to a card. See Manage Access to an Account.
Good to know: a monthly issuance allowance counts cards issued during the period. Closing a card doesn’t undo its issuance.
Organization Card-Count Limits
Your organization’s configured card-count limits can also restrict issuance. Review the applicable values in the organization’s Settings.
These controls are separate from the total spending limit and the card product’s own limits. Ask an Owner or Admin to discuss any required increase with Kolo.
Card-Product Limits
A product can define spending ceilings, the number of cards issued per cardholder, and the number of cardholders in an organization. For the values that apply to Ads Cards, see Ads Cards Limits.
If Issuance Is Blocked
Check I Can’t Issue a Card to identify whether the blocker is the quantity, available funds, cardholder, BIN, or spending-limit setting.
