Find and Review Transactions

Filter and search transactions, open their details, and add notes for your team.

Use Transactions to review activity across the accounts you can access. To focus on one account, open that account’s Transactions tab.

  • Find: filter by type, status, account, card, team member, and date, or use search

  • Review: open a transaction to see its amount, status, fees, and Transaction ID

  • Explain: add a note so your team knows what the operation relates to

Find an Operation

  1. Open Transactions, or open an account’s Transactions tab.

  2. Filter by the available options, such as type, status, account, card, team member, and date.

  3. Use search to narrow the results further.

Good to know: filters may be included in the page URL. Sharing that link doesn’t give another person access to the underlying transactions.

Open the Details

Select a transaction to review:

  • Amount and currency

  • Status and time

  • The account and card involved, where applicable

  • Merchant or destination details

  • Fees and any conversion breakdown

  • The Transaction ID

Crypto deposits and withdrawals may also show a network and transaction hash. An operation can contain several steps, such as a conversion followed by a withdrawal.

For the meaning of the type and status, see Transaction Types and Statuses.

Add a Note

Use the note field to explain the operation for your team, such as the campaign or client it relates to.

Notes are visible to people with access to the transaction. Don’t put sensitive credentials or card details in them.

Card tags describe cards rather than individual transactions. See Organize Cards with Names and Tags.

Something Is Unclear

Use the guide for the relevant payment flow:
